The services that we received are always good. My husband and I come over from NY at least twice a year for spa services. My complaint is that Oasis offers a complimentary shampoo and finish after any spa service. I have been going to the day spa for at least 6 years now and never have asked for the complementary service. Today I was told no, we don't have any space available because it is complementary. Booked a prenatal massage on Monday, when I called to reserve the appointment I specifically asked if they had the special pregnancy bed (one with a belly hole). I was reassured twice that they did and that’s the appointment I was booking. Today comes, I get to my appointment and no speciality bed. Keep in mind I did receive my massage and it was decent. I absolutely love this place! I had Stefano as my massage therapist for the first time and he was amazing. Considerate and quality service each and every time. Highly recommend!!!
My sister and I went before her wedding and a couple of times after that I have gone with her and by myself. It is a great place with a great atmosphere. The ladies are really nice. I would recommend it to anyone and for teachers, like myself, who's hands get dry and cracked in the winter I swear by the paraffin wax hand treatment. It works so well.
