BEWARE: I went in for a spa facial..when they saw that I was allergic to shell fish they told me they couldn't use the seaweed on my face. The woman suggested something else for my face. I said ok. When I got up to the register l, was charged an extra $35. The woman never discussed pricing with me. I was told at the register it was protocol to discuss pricing with clients before doing a service. I again told the receptionist that I was not told my facial.we cost more money.
