Just OK. Deep tissue didnt feel like it had enough pressure. The sauna is nice. What's off-putting is the multiple asks for a 20% tip. You can tip cash, but if you dont it's an auto 20% tip on credit. There are multiple reminders that 20% is customary and expected... which is not how tips work, and not pleasant after a relaxing treatment.
The massage and facial were good, but I felt ripped off. When I called to book the couples' package, I was told that the price was $519. I asked if that price covered the package ( couple package) and they confirmed that it did, so I went ahead and booked the appointment. Yesterday, when I arrived for the appointment, they charged me $519 *per person*. I was gifted the Total Body Wellness package after the passing of my husband. I have the best work family in the world. This was exactly what I needed and the OASIS Spa did not disappoint. The staff was excellent and the treatments were exceptional. Kenny (Massage), Alexis (Body Scrub & Wrap) and Marzena (Facial & Eye treatment) were all masterful and I will be seeing them again.
