DeAnna is very nice lady. She is always friendly and smiling!
Worst spa experience of my life. The technicians and front desk workers were unbelievably rude. The owner was even worse when I called to tell her about the poor service. I had over $80 worth of gift cards and she refused to refund any of it after my horrific experience. Worst customer service I have ever seen
