Very unprofessional they ask u to send your personal info through an text message and never gets back to u and they dont return calls.

We used their online scheduling tool and received confirmation via email along with a calendar appointment. We even received an automated text reminder the day before the meeting. The appointment was scheduled to occur at our home. On the day of the appointment, no one showed up or called. We reached out and received no return call.
