New owners but just about everyone here is moving and selling there home because of this association nobody at all likes them. From the owners to the people that rent here at the LAVEEN VILLAGE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION/OASIS COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT. this company is horrible, they are forever having issues when it comes to my account. they also have given me a fine for trash cans being out on a Thursday, but that's when everyone puts them out. correct me if i'm wrong but when 12am it's a new day. not in this micromanaged community. i'm pretty sure 80% of the community would agree to dissolve this hoa. the discrimination is real with this hoa.
If i could leave zero stars I would. I am a current tenant and I have never experienced levels of unprofessionalism like I have from these people. They deal with nothing. We had a black widow problem and their response was "do you have a shoe?". Their lease does not indicate that pets aren't allowed but rather you can pay a $200 fee to keep one.
