Terrible experience. I brought in 4 blazers and 1 dress. One blazer came back with a stain that wasn’t there before, and the dress still had the water stain I brought it in for — they didn’t take care of it at all. When I called to ask what happened or even confirm if my items had actually been cleaned, no one could give me a clear answer. Completely unprofessional and no accountability. I won’t be coming back and would not recommend this place to anyone who values their clothing.

Terrible Service. I took my work dress uniform for dry cleaning because I had to attend a very important work event. On the day of the event, I found out that they forgot to return my long sleeve shirt. I had a very stressed morning that day. To make it worse, I went back to claim my shirt, and they had the nerve charge me for it. My wife used to take our clothing to this place all the time, but after this bad experience, we won't anymore.

HORRIBLE TREATMENT! Ive been going into this business for several months. One day, I go in about 5:45 to drop off my clothes. The large female employee behind the counter starts yelling at me that, if Im going to leave close for cleaning, I must do it BEFORE 5:30! SHE says she has already bagged the clothes for today and she motioned to three bags by the door. She was incredibly rude and I will NEVER go back to this place again! P.S. This place closes at 6!

Front desk employee (female) was very unhelpful and unprofessional. As an employee, she should be able to provide a quote based on their pricing and clothing items.
