The sign says no jeeps with after market parts: light bars, wenches, etc… I have a nothing added to my hardtop Jeep, and they made me get out of line and refused to allow me to use it! After being in line 25 min, I was told no. Never will I use them again for any vehicle we own!!!!!

There is a reason that we don't allow Jeeps. It's for the benefit of your Jeep and our equipment. The Touchless does a great job for all the Jeeps. Sorry you had to wait. My staff should've caught you sooner.
Very slow process - will not be back
Horrible carwash. Does a horrible job of cleaning vehicle and left soap spots all over it. Save your money and go elsewhere if you don’t have time to hand wash your ride. Also don’t pay with card unless you want charged more than what you pay for and I’m talking about the automatic carwash.

Austin, As the sign states when using a card it puts a $10 charge on your account, so you can add time with the button. Each push of the button is like adding a quarter. After 24 hours it credits your account and only charges for time used. On the automatic I'm sure your talking about the SoftTouch. It sounds like wash might of shut down on you from a brush overload pressure. That happens if a hitch, light bar, winch or aftermarket part grabs brushes. Do you know what time you came in? This is one local business I am grateful for. Giving Cabella (my bulldog) a bath now is very difficult especially with my neck & spine pain but taking her to Oasis makes things so much easier for me & her...plus they are super nice. Place is always clean & they have cameras!!
