So disappointed…my friend and I visited the shop last weekend and got matching permanent jewelry ankle bracelets. It was my first and my friends 3rd. I also purchased a trucker hat (which I love) however…my bracelet fell off that night (just hours after I got it) …we called as soon as the store opened and she told us to come back in so she could fix it. I recently visited this boutique while on vacation in Michigan, and my aunt purchased what was advertised as a genuine Bogg Bag for $90 (with 30% off). After returning home, we discovered that the bag was a fake — the quality, branding, and materials were clearly not authentic.
