I have been using the team at Oasis Behavioral Health for almost a year now and have had not one problem !! My visits with providers have been virtual, since I am employed by the school system. I message the front end staff when I need refills and its always handled in a quick, timely manner! Gabriel is just the sweetest ever !! I would recommend Oasis Behavioral Health over & over again~ to anyone in need of their services !!
My son was a patient here. The Drs are good; however the customer service is not. I would have to call quite often and get them to send me the link for virtual visits. The communication is poor! I had to call and ask about everything, because no one would tell me basic things I needed to know. Also, they triple charged me for one visit and didn't even tell me. If I could give this office a negative 0 star I would. The office manager Nicole doesn’t know anything. I’ve never seen an office manager that constantly have to call the other office or staff to handle work she should handle. She was so careless and uninterested in helping me. She heard me asking for management and she was in the corner hiding. The man was indeed trying to help but the office manager makes this a bad place to visit. She doesn’t care about her staff.
I visited this office on 09/29 to drop off a patient. Although I am not a patient to this place. We were greeted by a black lady with a huge but beautiful smile on her face. but what stood out the most was Victor. Everyplace needs a Victor at their facility. He assured me what time to pick the patient back up. But he went over and beyond to answer any questions I had.
