I wish I could give this place zero stars—that’s how terrible my experience was. They essentially have absolutely no staff right now, and from what I can tell the manager does nothing except stand around and show off his detailed Harley (maybe that’s why they have no availability?). The only reason I came here in the first place was because I received a gift card. I made several attempts over a 3 week period to get my car detailed and was always told they didn’t have any staff, but you can’t make an appointment because again... read more
This place does a good job getting the car clean. I especially like the interior cleaning suites which have great vacuums, cleaning supplies and clean towels. However, the equipment frequently breaks down, creating long lines from which there is no escape. The staff can be very unpleasant.
Never use this carwash if you don't want your vehicle messed up!! A week ago I went and got my oil changed, the told me I get a free carwash after the oil change. I had SEVERAL EMPLOYEES see my truck before going into the carwash with no damage!! After the carwash my truck had paint cipped and scratched to hell and back! I talked tothe manager Carol Ann who was going to talk to her Gm about fixing the damage to my truck. She said they would send it out to have it fixed. That was Sunday last week! Just visited the Mr. Clean Car Wash' Grayson today and had the most wonderful experience. The team was very welcoming, professional and exceeded my expectation. My car was cleaned well and handle with care. I met Mr.James, Williams the, Manager who gave a hand when I asked for some extras to be done with my car. I also met Mr. Jason Stephens, the GM as I was wowed with the service quality and wanted to let them know my feedback on how the team gave me a pleasant experience. Halfway through the carwash my tire light came on and by the time the wash was over my tire was completely flat. My tire sensor and stem were ripped out of the tire. I had to wait 2 hours for roadside assistance. Only a dealer can fix this type of problem and the bill was $275.00. The manager Nick said maybe he could give me a few free car washes ( like I would ever come back again ).The owner was supposed to get in touch with me 2 weeks ago but of course he hasn't.
