I bought a 2000 Outback from them a few years ago. As far as the sales and service desk reps they are friendly and have had no issues with them. I even had an unexpected issue with needing to replace the Catalytic converter. It was JUST outside their one month warranty but they still ate 1/2 the cost for me. There was also, and still is, an issue with it going into gear sometimes. They even replaced the sending unit of no charge even though the issue persists they still tried at least. As a new car buyer I didn't feel pressured or ripped of by Oasis Auto by any means. In 2010 I bought a '01 Subaru Forester and I couldn't be happier. We live on 10 miles of dirt road and that car is used hard but with basic scheduled maintenance we haven't had any problems with it. We always take the car back to Oasis Auto to get repairs and we are always remembered by the staff. We went to Oasis Auto several times throughout our car buying experience. Every visit Anton and Gary were extremely friendly and patient despite all our questions. There was never any pressure, just excellent service and info. It was just like we were chatting with fellow Subaru enthusiasts. Unlike past used car purchases, Anton was very upfront about the condition of the vehicle and shared with us the Carfax and Oasis' inspection report of the vehicle when they purchased it. We have now purchased four vehicles from Oasis Auto--we're confirmed Subaru fans, and prefer to buy used cars at affordable prices. Not only have we been satisfied with our vehicles at the time of purchase, any time we've had a repair issue, they've gotten us in quickly and completed the work for a reasonable price. Gary and Anton know the vehicles they sell, and make sure that when we drive the cars off the lot they are in tip top shape. We're sold on Subaru and I can't imagine buying one from anyone else.

I bought a used '96 Legacy outback with 140k miles From Oasis in 2004. She now has 244481 miles and still running like a champ They have been the only ones to service my baby in the 8 years I've had her and that has only been needed twice. Oasis auto stands by their product and their customers and they know and treat both very well. *Yes I have the same last name as owners. We are NOT related, just happy coincidence.
