I visited Oasis car wash on February 28, 2018 and had an issue where the person in front of me entered the car wash before they were instructed to and threw everything out of wack. Needless to say I was unable to get the car wash I paid for at that very moment. I called the number listed and explained my situation through voicemail. Within 20 minutes or less Keith took care of me and made sure I was able to get my car washed. Customer service is obviously top priority at Oasis and I will continue to come back.

Well the auto car wash wasnt working so i called the number and within 5 minutes got a reply back from them with a car wash code. Thank you for the prompt service.
