Update: Please see video in comments. So they now have gun violence happening frequent ! This is the third shooting in oasis since I’ve been here. Nobody has gotten hurt these last few times to my knowledge but it could have easily been a death. I asked to get out of my lease due to the gun violence being that I have a baby. Was awaken at 3 am to hear water coming out of the toilet. Water everywhere still waiting for maintenance to come and repair or replace the value that does not shut off to keep it from running. Called at 10 am was told maintenance would be notified. Called back to the office about 5 minutes ago to find out the time maintenance would be here no answer!!!! So many things here that attention that fall through the cracks so much needs to change.
I definitely don't recommend these apartments, listen to the ratings. Not only do I have problems with the a/c but now that it's cold the heater doesn't even work. Oh and it doesn't matter how clean you keep your home there are still roaches all over the kitchen. It's disgusting! Find somewhere else to live for your own good. I regret not listening to the ratings.
DID NOT HAVE ANY HOT WATER FOR THE FIRST 7 mo. Of my lease. Leasing office has a revolving door of incompetent employees. The water is shut off at least twice a month for some plumbing emergency. Plus the office hours change every two or three months and they dont bother to let the tenants know
