Don't do it ! Don't move to Oasis at Belmont . Trash , cockroaches , leaking ceiling in the bathroom , ac didn't work . Nothing good to said about these place . People who leave here is trash . Carpet smelly . Transition in to moving was terrible !! Only one month here and I totally regret it . People leave used baby diapers and chicken bones at you doorstep . Trash Every were. DISGUSTING !!!! Don't do it !!!!!!!

******** since your move in we have addressed all of our concerns including pressuring washing the entire building 3 times already. We have trash chutes and do grounds on a daily basis unfortunately we do not work on the weekend so grounds are not done on that day. Your unit is a premier unit and the leak in the bathroom was a new leak and we were unable to address it sooner do to you not being home and us not being able to enter due to your dog which you do not put in a kennel so we had to wait for you to be home to do the ... read more
