I’ve lived here my whole life, I miss when the garbage chutes actually were used. I would love it if could be rebuilt for each type of trashcan instead of having to go downstairs. I found a homeless man looking for food from the trash cans in the building at night. I’m not surprised. Just wish the tenderloin had more resources for people.

Located at the intersection of the "Tenderloin" and "Civic Center" areas, it was originally YWCA Hotel Bldg. Is really nice and clean building the price for rent the studio is really reasonable the management is o ways give good service and they make you feel so special they have privet Jim do exercise special lockers for UPS, US POST OFFICE , FEDERAL EXPRESS , THEY have security and front desk is really safe I recommend they looking place too live this is safe and nice clean studios
