Is really nice and clean building the price for rent the studio is really reasonable the management is o ways give good service and they make you feel so special they have privet Jim do exercise special lockers for UPS, US POST OFFICE , FEDERAL EXPRESS , THEY have security and front desk is really safe I recommend they looking place too live this is safe and nice clean studios

Even though it's in the Tenderloin, it truly is an Oasis. Aldo is a great manager who stays on top of keeping the place in good shape.
