Not for me. I was referred to this clinic and one vet in particular from a dog trainer. Even though I specifically requested one Dr., every time I went in for an appointment it was with someone else. And none of the staff ever remembered us from one appointment to the next. I felt like a number. I know this clinic is very busy due to it being located right next to the Pet store, but I found them lacking in customer service.
Best vets around My mother and I both have been taking our dogs to Oasis Animal Clinic and seeing Dr. Hackett for many years. They are able to get you an appointment very quickly, even that day if there's a late emergency (which trust me, I have had!). The early to late hours are especially helpful for someone such as myself who is also in healthcare. The staff is very friendly, caring and knowledgeable. I would recommend Oasis Animal Clinic to anyone!
Simply the Best! The majority of Oasis Animal Clinic's staff (to include vets, vet techs, the office manager, and even the receptionists) has been working there for several years, and that, by itself, says something in this age of "do more with less" and the resulting job carousel. Caring and trustworthy We have been going to Oasis Animal Clinic for 6 years now and are so happy to have found them. Dr. Tenney is one of the most caring professionals I have ever met. He always takes the time to explain things so that they are well understood. Everyone here treats you with respect and compassion. We have never had an issue with getting an appointment at a time that is convenient for us. I highly recommend Oasis Animal Clinic.
loved staff, disappointed in doctor HI, I came to Oasis Vet for the first appointment with my new puppy. I don't have any complaints re the office staff. Genessa came into exam room and gave me lots of into and explained things and then I asked her Are you the doctor?? She said no, she was the nurse. As her foster mom, I had this poor old dog to four other vets to find a way to help alleviate her pain. The first one did some spendy testing and then said they couldn't (wouldn't?) help; was charged a consult fee as well. I took the x-ray films and test results that I bought at the first vet to visit the second vet and they simply said they couldn't help; was charged a consult fee. They love their jobs! I have had a wonderful experience at Oasis Animal Hospital. I have four dogs of various breeds and sizes. Everyone at Oasis has always been welcoming and friendly. Even my girl Macey, who is very vet nervous seems to be warming up to the techs and doctors (well, a little less barking, anyway,). I also appreciate that they send out coupons, give my senior dog a 10% discount, and accept CARE Credit. I definitely recommend Oasis for all vet needs.
Our first & only experience with this office was friendly, caring, and helpful. Assistants reached out to us, and the doctor provided excellent information. Reasonably priced, and conveniently located (directly beside PetSmart at Warner & Alma School).
