I went with Oasis because they were good with communication and price competitive with the other quotes I received. Oasis offered a stronger warranty than many others and had flexibility with brands. Chris was on-time for the estimate, discussed options to understand my needs, and was not high pressure like some other companies. My AC died during a heatwave and Dan came out right away. He had all the right equipment with him to diagnose the problem correctly -- I feared it was a major part gone wrong. But it turned out to be a much less expensive part and he replaced the culprit at the same visit. I appreciate his honesty, integrity, and professionalism. Highly recommended!
Had Oasis come out and replace our original furnace in our home, from 1954. It was in our attic with limited accessibility, i thought for sure they’d have to take the roof off. They spent an entire day breaking the unit down and brought it out through our ceiling. The guys did an awesome job, they were respectful and clean. They ran all new duct work and replaced the unit in 3 days as promised. Thank you for the awesome job, now i can’t wait for next winter to give it a run. lol wish I’d taken a photo of the original furnace... read more
