I highly recommend Oasis Air Conditioning in San Juan Capistrano. Oasis replaced the original furnace in my 1978 tract house in Newport Beach. They moved the equipment from a ground floor closet to the attic, replaced and added to the original ducting and installed the first air conditioning unit in this house in its history. I went with Oasis because they were good with communication and price competitive with the other quotes I received. Oasis offered a stronger warranty than many others and had flexibility with brands. Chris was on-time for the estimate, discussed options to understand my needs, and was not high pressure like some other companies. My AC died during a heatwave and Dan came out right away. He had all the right equipment with him to diagnose the problem correctly -- I feared it was a major part gone wrong. But it turned out to be a much less expensive part and he replaced the culprit at the same visit. I appreciate his honesty, integrity, and professionalism. Highly recommended!
