I have been treated so horribly by this staff and this doctor and prescribed medications I cannot afford and that aren’t even in the country that you can only get in Canada I was told I would be emailed my visits summaries and never received them I got a colonoscopy and then they lost it the list goes on and on. Even my insurance called them and they said they were a hospital and hung up on them. These people don’t want to help people they just care about money.
I have refrained from writing a review because my colon is in such bad shape and I keep going back to Dr Asgeri thinking he can offer me some semblance of hope each time I go back he asks me again the same questions and diagnoses me again that my colon is paralyzed with inertia and then writes me prescriptions again that are never called in this has been going on for over a year now. I had colonoscopy for Dr. A 2nd week of August 2025. The pre appointment he was rude, didn't seem to care I had 2 back to back Ambulance ride to Desert Regional for Diverticulitis. They told me both times I needed a colonoscopy, he just wanted to give me a pill, I said, no..the ER Dr. Said ...he slaps his hand to both his legs says "alright we'll do colonoscopy " gets up walks out, the MA scheduled it, here it is September 15th, he still hasn't read my results, I went to my PCP last week, she ordered the report. The staff is rude, uneducated, and not patient-friendly. Don't waste your time with this place. There are too many other great doctors around. I wonder if Dr Mehrdad Asgeri has a clue how rude his staff treated me at the front desk? waste of time, check out his Yelp reviews, all BAD!
Dr. Asgeri performed a routine colonoscopy on me in August 2021 and gave me a clean bill of health. In December 2022, I began to notice rectal bleeding. Finally, I had another colonoscopy, with a different doctor, in June 2023. Locally advanced rectal cancer was diagnosed. I went through chemotherapy, radiation therapy, and surgery.
