The customer service rep (scheduler) is sorely lacking in the kindness, empathy, positive attitude and problem solving department. My client put their half of the DP down on a furnace on 5-7 and here we sit in 5-17 with no estimated delivery date. Yet they could not offer an estimated time of arrival and the worst part being was that she said that once we do get the furnace delivered you will be behind any jobs that have to do with the AC. Showed up on time. Very professional and courteous. Cleaned up after job was finished. Explained everything to me as needed. Highly recommend this business.
We had a great experience with Oasis. The service technician, Chance, did an excellent job taking care of our issues. My spouse and I literally went "YAY!" at having the heat back on, ahead of a sub-freezing night and ahead of the weekend. In addition to the servicing, Chance provided very helpful info, and Katie was also very helpful in scheduling our service. It is a blessing to find a company with such friendly and professional folks. We will call them again for any future needs.
Extremely knowledgeable. Company does construction as well as home installations and repairs. I’ve used them for construction and maintenance. Excellent employees and very nice customer service
