This feedback for Orthopaedic Appliances. Very unprofessional staff. Very disappointing experience. I paid $60 for a consultation to be assessed and fitted for a suitable hand/wrist support. Unfortunately, the staff member seemed unsure about what I needed and kept asking me which model I wanted. In the end, they couldn’t find a suitable support and I left without anything. I expected professional advice and guidance from the consultation.
Matthew and the team helped me to walk with comfort again
Brilliant, friendly staff, knew exactly what I needed and has offered help if I need it
