I would not hesitate to recommend Paul Bains as a realtor, especially if you are buying or selling in Queensborough, New Westminster, as he has lived and worked here for many years and is exceedingly knowledgeable about the area. I was also impressed by his willingness to share that knowledge with me. He explained all his recommendations regarding pricing and marketing my house; I felt fully informed and well represented every step of the way.
Paul was the most wonderful, personable and easy-going real estate agent I've ever had dealt with. He didn't pressure me into signing any documents, or pressure me into purchasing.
