Been dealing with Andrew Liem. Incredibly incompetent and unethical. Made many promises which he has not kept. Disappointed that such a person is allowed to hold a Realtor License
We just sold our little paradise. While living part time overseas and trying to sell in the Vancouver market was supposed to be a huge challenge. Our agent, Maria Geatros, made the process as smooth as it could be. She went above and beyond. Our tremendous gratitude!
Don't use David Wu. Won't return DD and ignored pick up of papers from tenancy board from post office. They've been sent back because he left them there so long. Property was taken care of and DD is WAY past due.
