There was no disinfection at all. The feet looked fine visually, but the hands were done terribly. After a few days, several nails came off. There are numerous air bubbles, which means the nail plate was poorly prepped and not properly buffed.
Update - the ladies at Oakwood do not disappoint! I had a Disney trip planned and had a vision for my nails, Nancy delivers! Great first time experience! Will definitely go back! Grecia & Julie are awesome! They answered all my questions and gave me some options for future appointments and educated me on the difference of certain services! Highly recommend!
I drive over an hour to have my nails done by Nancy :) she does the best job and always makes the best recommendations. She is also the loveliest person and so nice to chat with! The salon itself is always very clean, and everyone is very kind and friendly. Highly recommend :)
