I have been living in mold, a ***** infestation apartment over the last three years. I have been unhappy and been seeking help since I moved in. The apartment I've residing in currently should have not been utilized for occupancy until the concerns have been corrected. She answered all my questions and kept me informed and updated on everything through the process. Everyone in the office is pleasant and very helpful. This was definitely a good choice. The apartments look nice. The grounds are kept up really well. They have community events that are very nice. I didn't know that they periodically inspect the units to make sure the residents are keeping their apartments clean AND without notifying the renter first. The apartment manager will take pictures to show you just in case you have a question about what was not acceptable as clean.
