I live there years ago. The other tenants are out of control, banging on walls, banging on your windows banging on your doors. I almost got killed over there by someone that was renting an apartment at Oakwood. Another lady was stabbed multiple times. I also seen the officer shoot and kill the man that was a tenant there. I am lucky to be alive myself. Don’t put your family in circumstances like this that place is not worth it nothing but trash
The apartments are old and outdated given they was built in the 50s. If you have your own washer and dryer it's a pain because the washer hookup is by the front entry but the dryer hookup is in the back storage building. The central heating and cooling needs updated and replaced because there was a big hole with fiber glass exposed and blowing into my apartment for at least a 1 1/2yrs at times of me finding it.
