Best things I can say is that the location is good for schools and being near downtown and the maintenance group is very helpful. Outside of that, the apartment complex was terrible. Just about all of the appliances are too dated and are in need of replacement. I experienced terrible maintenance issues with the pipes, drains and even the water heater bursting on me. Easily the worst place to live in Parkersburg!!! Over priced and the management is the absolute worst!!! The manager Trish is a horrible human being that doesn't care about anything but herself..If you live here, she will make your life a living HELL!! You're better off trying to buy a house in this Biden economy or being homeless!!!!!!!
