Theres been lots of bad reviews of past landlords. I've only been here since Laura has been here and I havent had any issues with her. My a/c was broke, got a new one, garbage disposal broke, got a new one. This is our first apartment and so far weve had nothing but great experiences with Laura and all the maintenance men we see around. It's a friendly community and everyone says hello to each other. Went to the leasing office several times and nobody was there. Now there is.
I feel the owner's should respond to the negative reviews not just the positive. I'm reading these reviews and everyone that does not stroke your ego, radio silence. I wouldn't entertain renting here just because of that. Shows what kind of landlord you are.
