Zero communication. New property manager Trenton says he will do something and doesn’t. He will literally tell you anything just because it sounds good. Thank you for the red flags so I can continue to look elsewhere.
Just ended a three year lease here. Not the worst place ever but certainly a slumville. Roaches in the last three months with never any help with pest control over years so had to buy my own traps. Very old units and terrible manager but maybe the new guy will be better also the maintenance guy is good currently. Way to expensive and they charge and entire extra month as a "fee" not a deposit. Called yesterday and got an appointment for today at 10am to talk about an opening. I arrived today and nobody was there 10am-10:30am and they didnt answer my call.
The online process from start to finish was a huge convenience and was easy. Ms. Laura is very helpful and professional; she guided me every step of the way from application to lease signing and made it very easy and simple. I look forward to experiencing the area and the community. Great convenient location. Update: 6/10/24 Ms. Laura was a lifesaver after I lost my apartment during my running workout.
Great place to live, very clean and suitable place for a one-bedroom and even studio apartments.
