We went to Oakwood today. My dog had some problems and Jane was very understanding. The whole staff was friendly. I'm glad I took Bella out there. She liked everyone. She was kinda nervous at first, but she came out of it! Thank you, Oakwood!
Love this place! The staff is so friendly and caring! It by far exceeds any other veterinary service I have ever taken my pup to. I am always able to get an appointment quickly, usually within a few days! I absolutely LOVE that I am able to get my pup's heartworm shot here. When we first moved here I called every place in the area and this was the only clinic that had it on hand. We rushed Our 5 year old golden retriever Lizzie to Oakwood Veterinary. One minute she was fine, three minutes later severely convulsing and bubbling... unable to breath. I did not see how she could be saved. Three vets and a number of techs with Dr. Miller leading (bless her!) helped us identify an unusual poison. As one organ after another was affected over a number of hours... the team did everything right and won. Are favorite vet is doctor Fixen. She is the best but we do love everyone that works there they are all every hard working people and you can tell they love each and every animal that comes through the door
They care alot for your animal and you. I would highly recommend them.
