Moved in a couple months ago. Great Place to live! Brian the property manager is a great dude! And he’s doing a great job. And the maintenance team is really good ! They are fast, efficient and effective. And will work to fix your issues as fast as possible. The apartment grounds are beautiful, and the neighbors are usually quiet. And understand they live in a community.
Kenzie has been amazing—she made my move-in super easy and smooth! She was very helpful throughout the whole process. I’ve been living here for about a week, and everyone is so nice. Maintenance is quick and efficient, everything is well taken care of, and it’s nice and quiet. I would definitely recommend living here—the apartments are well-maintained and beautiful!
Kenzie hands down is amazing always ontop of everything! And my oven had issues Abe came right away so kind the next day it was fixed! No matter what happens stuff gets fixed almost immediately and they are so super nice . So quiet and really nice neighbors! Love my unit
I've really enjoyed my stay at Oakwood so far! Kenzie has been super helpful by providing information and is great at responding whenever I reach out. Maintenance does a great job keeping the property clean and is able to fix issues in the unit on time and efficiently. It's been perfect for all my needs!
My boyfriend and I moved into Oakwood trail apartments July 2024 and have no complaints. If there was or is a issue Kenzie the property manager makes sure it gets taken care of right away.
