Submitted the request August 11. Finally completed October 13. I understand there were a lot of drywall issues but it shouldn’t be 2 months with 3 holes in the wall. Also, the initial repair left so much dust in the bathroom and we had to clean it up. The drywallers tried to clean up after themselves but there is dust and little chunks of compound stuck in various places, especially under the grab bar and at the bottom of the shower door. I see cleaning in our future again.
Took a week for someone to come look. There’s still 3 holes in the drywall and it has now been since August 11 (now September 18) and the drywall is still not fixed. Also called about bugs coming out of the holes and no one has come to spray.

Also there was a mushroom growing out of the wall next to th... read more
Manager Desiree addressed our concerns and resolved them in a timely manner. The maintenance crew, especially Abe, do an excellent job of taking care of problems. Very reliable and knowledgeable.
