I had the best experience viewing these apartment’s . I was greeted with a smile and such an inviting presence that was so welcoming that I could not wait for my tour to begin. I have visited other apartments recently and not greeted as warmly. The place was beautiful! The manager on site Debbie was friendly and knowledgeable and let me pick her brain and me being in customer service well let’s just say she sets the bar HIGH ! This place is great and I will recommend to anyone looking !
Don’t move here, you can find a much better complex for less money. This place is the worst. Management is terrible, not helpful, and they act like mean high school girls. Most of the positive reviews are left by the staff or their family. Bugs everywhere, buildings and appliances are old and run down. Management is nice only until you sign the lease. They will try to bully you into paying ridiculous move out fees, tried to charge me 6 THOUSAND dollars after move out. When I asked why, they said they missed a charge (wow) an... read more
Update since my move in 6 months ago - Maintenance Team has consitently been fantastic. They are experienced, they have the skill sets needed to do their job above and beyond well. They are extremely fast, even when I put "no rush" in my work orders, they get it done the same day or the next day. I have never lived at a community with a maint. team like this, they are OUTSTANDING! I have learned the hard way not to trust the admin team in the office. Remote gates not working. Cannot enter. Please fix or refund $50/each for remotes. Still not opening this morning. Knightvest is certainly unaware how dangerous it is to have to reverse into traffic, pedestrians.
