None of the remote gates seem to work when we really need them to. Can't enter our homes that we pay lots of money for. Fix this ongoing inconvenience or at least refund $50 for each remote. Still wasn't working this morning.
Marcela was super sweet and made our transition smooth and amazing. She’s also a really friendly person which gave us a good time in the office, always!!
Debbie Sandra and Marcella are really great and friendly office staff. Their property is immaculate very clean and tidy great place to call home or great place to do business very professional and clean.
I'm on my 3rd month and I feel pretty good about my choice to move in here. The staff is really nice and the one time I needed the toilet float changed out due to it running constantly they had it changed within 24 hours. Quiet neighborhood and everything you need is nearby.
I would not recommend living here. The rules are extremely unreasonable and make it feel like you can’t even live normally. Residents aren’t allowed to do simple things like sidewalk chalk, and you can’t even take trash out of your car while in your own parking spot without worrying about getting in trouble. The complex also claims to be a “gated community,” but that’s very misleading. There’s a public trail that runs straight through the property, so it’s not truly gated at all.
