I went in to look at apartments as I am apartment hunting and Debbie and Marcela had the worst customer service. I left immediately and don’t recommend looking at this place if these are the people representing this establishment.
Beautiful and highly maintained community. Entire staff goes above and beyond customer service. Marcella, Sandra, Pedro and Debbie are always amazing, super friendly, professional and provide outstanding customer service. Love this community!
San Marino Apartments has been a great place to live for the 3 years I’ve been here. It’s located in a nice area close to my work and away from the busy traffic. If I were to compare it to my first apartment, Ten01, it has been much better here in every way. If you pay attention to the announcements that are posted every month, there are many neat and recurring events hosted by the wonderful Jake and Anna. San Marino is an amazing spot to live - convenient location. Jake and Anna put on fun events for the community too!
I have to complement the one maintainence man who always maintains the pool areas before it opens.
