2.5 in the middle. Def NOT luxury, but decent, wish it was not so open to the public those encounters are a little off putting. HVAC not very reliable, but when it works its ok. Clean big gym! Gotta go find a place to live tonight no air again
Terrible experience trying to tour this place. Made an appointment and drove out then was told that touring requires you to sign into an app and submit your photo ID through there. The app had an error every time I submitted my photo. The office staff was completely unhelpful and inflexible with helping me get past this step. One of the staff (not the one helping me) looked up from her cell phone briefly to say that it was "my fault" because my phone has no memory. It has over 5gb free memory so clearly their apps fault.
