Best apartments in Eau Claire! Maintenance tickets done in 24 hrs. Well maintained , clean, and quiet. Living here is like living in the rural and the convenience of living close to stores just around the corner. Very energy efficient. Our utility bill is 1/2 the price of the last place, and more square footage.
Complete rip off of security deposit. Entire apartment was cleaned very well - lost every last dime -$100 taken off to clean the shower-$40 off to clean the stove-$70 off to clean the refrigerator- all of which had been done.
