Ms Karen, the landlord, is just..terrible. She’s so hateful and picky and choosy about what she does and doesn’t allow. She charges people extra under the table and will evict you (or threaten to) when there are people in the complex doing things she’s not even aware of. It’s cheap but try not to interact with her. She also goes into our apartment when we’re not there for some reason and it’s weird.
Ms Karen is a joke of a apartment manager she will try to evict you if you have someone over for more than 5 days we moved in bug free 3 months later we have roaches everywhere there is loud neighbors everywhere there was a kid who literally would open my mail slot and yell in my apartment and there is no privacy u can literally hear everyone’s conversations from your bedroom
It is an affordable and quiet place tucked away in a great part of the city. The management was very kind and professional. I enjoyed living here.

Looks like a beautiful place to live. But, they require declawing if you want to have a cat. I highly suggest that the owner look into the detrimental effects that declawing has on a cat. Any animal lover wouldn't put an animal through that. Animals' health is more important than furniture. There are alternatives like claw caps and deterrent spray. Hate it because the pictures prove this is a beautiful place to live, just get your pet policies straight.
