Been 3 years, and I still haven't gotten my deposit back. Despite the property manager making remarks about me leaving the apartment even better than I found it. I get it, you may be a prospective tenant and really need somewhere to stay. But look at me, years later and still tied up in this MESS. I thought these people were unprofessional but no, they're CROOKS! Do yourself a favour, and look for an honest landlord. You won't find that here.

Charge $80 for cleaning fee and $160 for painting fee and $200 reletting fee from deposit. Beware for the hidden rental fees!

I lived here over 2 years ago, my experience living here wasn’t great, roaches, busted pipes, shootings, etc. They tried to keep my deposit even though my apartment was better than when I arrived, I had records to prove it & got it back, many other issues, that would of screwed me if I didn’t threaten to have my attorney take action. 2 years later, my new apartment complex & this one share a payment portal, unfortunately because of their lack of ensuring system errors, & not deleting my old account with them, 3k worth of pay... read more

robert was the coolest!!! he responded fast and worked with me to move in asap after hearing about how i got out of a bad renting situation, he is very compassionate and cares about the people he’s working with. this was my first apartment alone and he made it so easy for me every step of the way!!! thank you robert!!! you da man!
