The worst, most awful, poorly done and expensive pedicure I've ever had done in my life. In less than 15 minutes, no massage, and no dead skin removed from the soles of my feet. I explained that I had ingrown toenails. He didn't help, and the worst thing he did was give me an ingrown toenail. I don't recommend this place.
I visited Oakwood Nails for the first time in January. The wait was not long. The nail tech (can’t remember her name) was kind and friendly. She done a fabulous job on my nails. I was feeling myself when I left, OKAY!! I received a full set manicure with gel polish and a border design. I definitely will be revisiting for future services.
DO NOT GO HERE! How is this place still open? I asked for a gel overlay. She took out the acrylic set and was about to put acrylic on my nails. I never said anything about acrylics. She also filed my nails SO far down. My nails were at the length I wanted them at. I thought she was only shaping them up. She filed them down so much. I called Oakwood Nails and Spa for an appointment and was able to get a spot right away. Upon arrival, I waited about 15 minutes, which wasn’t an issue for me. During my service, I overheard them quoting another client $25 for lashes and $20 for eyebrows—the same services I was receiving. However, when I had called earlier, they told me $40, which I was fine with because I believe in paying for good service. When the technician finished my lashes, one side was noticeably crooked.
