Consider this your warning to never live here. We lived at this location for years and when I tell you that the termite infestation is horrible. The first time anything was actually done about it was 2023. There is also a rodent problem under sinks and in the attics, which was never addressed. The traffic is so loud you not only hear people racing up and down the street, but ambulances sirens and see their lights. The price use to be worth it, but they upped everyone’s rent to 1750+ for studios/1 bedrooms with no upgrades. (... read more

My name is Jeff Jordan ?? age 36 now.. oakwood was my very first apartment. It was around 2007 and I loved being on my own. My rent was 740 for a one bedroom back then.. I use to love my little fence/ patio where I would grill on my off days.. oakwood also has a salt water fishing canal. (Now that's out of the way). Oakwood is/ was truly a dump!!.
