I would not recommend my worst enemy to this apartment complex. Their main goal is to collect your money. Per the lease there is a six day grace period. However, they will attach a $750.00 legal fee to your balance immediately if you are late. They have no respect for privacy and will will violate it by attaching unsealed personal mail and /or un-enveloped mail to your door where any one of your neighbors can see, remove and or read.
