Lawn Maintenance tech pulled out in front of me by North University about near the Ameren Cilco. I almost t boned him. I'm driving a 1 ton truck with a 18ft. double axle trailer with my tractor... Before he pulls onto Big Hollow Rd. he proceeded to flip me off... I'd never hire them to do anything, so unprofessional.
