The basement they built floods about 1/5 times when I run my laundry washing machine. This frequently pools under the stairs against the wood and drywall, which is growing mold. Every plumber I've had look at it said the pipes need to be torn up and laid with correct grading and wider diameter. The first guy they sent over to look at it thought it was coming as condensation from the small pipe coming out of my AC unit. I told him this was not the case but he insisted. They have a beautiful showroom and the staff were great to work with! I had the opportunity to teach CPR and First Aid Aid to them! They are ready to build and ready to help if someone is having an emergency!
My husband and I went to look at townhomes for an upcoming investment property. Natalia was at the home and was extremely knowledgable, helpful and professional! Working with Oakwood Homes has been a positive experience for us. We loved our sales rep (Amanda), the builders and the finance team. The staff were open to making some modifications to meet the ADA needs of our family. The communication and care of the team has been very positive and professional.
