My elderly mother has had 6 warranty claims in first several months. Unlicensed young male foreign worker handyman building, fixing, and managing construction fixes and property. Organized soliciting door banging daily in summer. Our uncle in centennial told us oakwood has a C- reputation and they have lived up to the hype. Just spend more you don't want to deal with oakwood
Our new home already breaking down due to cheap and bad quality materials. HOA keeps rising every year.

A wonderful experience from start to finish. Oakwood built a spectacular home for my clients in addition to all of the accessibility features that they needed. Amber Youngers was absolutely amazing to work with. She was very knowledgeable about the inventory, transparent about pricing, and went above and beyond to accommodate everything that we needed at every stage of the process from pre construction to final walk thru. Cannot say enough great things, a HIGHLY recommendable experience, if I could give 10 stars, I would!!
