Miss Nicole was great to work with. She showed me an oak‑wood home and gave me honest advice about waiting until my credit is where it needs to be so I can get the dream home I’m aiming for. I genuinely respect that. I’ll be circling back around to her this next year when I’m ready !

Organized soliciting door banging daily in summer. Our uncle in centennial told us oakwood has a C- reputation and they have lived up to the hype. Just spend more you don't want to deal with oakwood
