Product is junk. Heading into our 6th year in our off frame modular. Floor is sagging throughout home, washer and dryer have deformed floor. Had the Norris's come by to evaluate 18 months ago. No moisture, no insects, just junk sub floor. Never got back to me as promised. Stay away, save some extra cash and have a home stick built. Again Oakwood products sucks!
RecommendedWe’ve just gone through our first hurricane on the sound in Emerald Isle. Our Oakwood home survived with almost no damage. We had one strip of siding that came out at one end. Absolutely no water inside our home! Would definitely recommend buying from Oakwood in Morehead City again. They have bent over backwards to make sure we were happy! We have loved working with George, Corbett and Caroline! They are the friendliest and most helpful folks we’ve ever worked with.

We had a great experience purchasing our home. Everyone treats you like family. The worst part is patience in waiting all the paperwork on the financial end. But that has nothing to do with the fine folks at Morehead. Things have just changed since I last purchase a home . We absolutely love our home. The craftsmanship is top quality . We have been in our new home now almost a year. And I'm glad and thankful everyday that we chose to do business with them instead of the other place in new bern.
