The whole closing process and signing papers was fine, however our home was delivered almost 6 weeks ago and we are still not able to live in it. The septic who was contracted through oak wood still has not started and all the issues inside the house have not been fixed, would not recommend they keep giving us the runaround.

So I’ve been incredibly patient. I paid cash for a new marvel 4 bedroom. Yeah that’s right CASH! The delivery was good! Alamo has done a good job! But beyond that it’s a mess! There were a long list of things wrong. They assured me we will take care of it! The guy they sent out was such a hack that he left things worse than before and after BOTH of our sales guys quit with 3 weeks of our purchase things just keep getting worse.
