I am absolutely thrilled with my home and the team at Oakwood Homes. Everyone has been extremely helpful in making sure my home was a perfect set up for me.
I would not recommend buying a house this way. My '30 to 60 day' estimate to occupancy took almost 7 months. Their preferred lender lied to us constantly and ultimately cost me many thousands of dollars. And on and on. Oakwoods staff is friendly enough, but they never once came close to hitting any of their predicted milestone dates, which led to much unecessary expense on my part. I recommend you find an established house.
