Good and bad. The building process was a little messy with them. They didn’t tell us they went through 3 head builders or that they were delayed in building our home because they had issues with the city. They just kept telling us our soil was bad even though reports showed it good, Orpheus would say that it rained to much while every house around ours was built just fine. They also said the mold during building was very rare but they handled it. They haven’t provided reports to us like they said they would at closing. That ... read more
