I just wanted to tell anyone who is looking for a home about my sales person Denver Treadway. Denver was awesome. He was so helpful in assisting me in finding everything I wanted in a home. He was patient because I was all over the place in trying to make decisions. During the process I felt like he was working in my best interest, and it was so appreciated. If you’re looking to buy a home from a company that’s professional and communicates with you throughout the process, do NOT come here. We were strung along for months, constantly told they were “waiting on the county” to check the property. This dragged on for five months. When I finally called the county myself, I was told it only takes 10 weeks max. Throughout the entire process, I had to be the one constantly checking in. STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS STORE!!! The management at this store is well below sub-par. Our sale started with one rep and was passed along to someone else several times ( without my knowledge or consent), and before you know it, no communication at all. I would give a 0 star if possible. I waited until we were actually in the home before writing this. The manager, Chris, will lie to your face about anything.
