It’s been 3 years and I’m still dealing with items from my 30 day walk through. I currently have an unfinished wall and they won’t pick up the phone nor reply to email. STAY AWAY! You’re better of with Classic or any other builder for that matter.
Buyers stay away from this builder! They are horrible, liars and only lie to you so you can sign and give your earnest money. They ignore calls and emails, always have an excuse for everything.

Such wonderful friendly representatives while you’re buying the home but once you close, forget it. Two years into owning my home my neighborhood still doesn’t have street signs and I’ve spoken with the city and the HOA and they said it is a new builders responsibility to install street signs. What’s irritating is I’ve received no response to my web inquiry regarding this after weeks and my original “sales” associate is now ignoring my emails after telling me Oakwood has “no plans to install signs.” No one claims responsibil... read more
