All of the staff go above and beyond to help you and your pet! They made my dog feel comfortable vs at any other clinic where she is nervous and you have to drag her through the door. I was updated before and after surgery on how she was doing, what the plan for surgery was, and what all they ended up doing. They understand that for a lot of people your pets are your family and they go to any length to make sure you're taken care of and satisfied with their services. Definitely reccomend!

Everyone there is so amazing. My baby has some pretty bad anxiety and they were slow and patient with her and made her comfortable. We love it there and won’t go anywhere else.

I can't say enough good things about this place. They have helped my dogs in so many ways. My German Sheppard is geriatric aged and with their help, he is back to being a young buck again and within days of treatment. The staff on a whole is amazing and they can help in so many ways. 5 out of 5 stars hands down!!!

My Chihuahua Coco was hit by a car this morning. our regular vet was a way for the week so my mother & I brought him in for emergency visit. Dr. Leavitt & the gals sorry dont remember their names were very compassionate & helpful. Coco is going to be OK but he is very sore.

My husband and I brought our sweet boy in for an emergency visit late on a Tuesday night in September. We were anxious and scared to figure out what was wrong with him, and Kristal and Dr. Leavitt were unbelievably compassionate and gave us a sense of ease, even though when we left we still didn’t know what the problem was. I cannot say enough good things about my surgery experience with my cat Swagger at Oakwood Hills Animal Hospital. The timeliness, the care and the updates were all wonderful! Thank you Dr. Lokken for your excellent care during a very scary time!

I have been taking 2 cats there for several years. They are over busy, cannot answer the phone, and when a pet who has been in for end of life care, the vets who said they were there for me weren't. When the sad moment of euthanasia was necessary, they were too busy unless I paid an extra $75 (over $200). I have spent thousands of dollars with this organization, and to be told they can't help put a pet out of its misery, all I can say is shame on them. They were very caring for my cat who was diagnosed and eventually passed away with cancer. They were always available when I needed them. I read someone say they must not care for cats in the comments; Mine was adored and cared for professionally there. I have had nothing but positive experiences with them and we saw three different doctors, several nurses and multiple receptionists.
