Terrible place to go. Nurse practitioner was rude and uncaring. Will never go here again. If you have chose between here and hospital go to hospital because they don't care and won't help you at all.

This place is a nightmare. Staff have no clue what they are doing, customer service is awful! Wait times are horrible and patient doctor communication is non existent
Terrible place if you want to get compassion from your team of doctors and their staff. Their educations come in the way of them being empathetic and smart enough to listen to the patient. After all the patient is the one having the symptoms. If we had accepted their non caring attitudes and their quick answers we would have never gotten down to the bottom of our health issues. I was so happy when they built this office here! When I got my new job a few years ago, I had to find a new doctor that fit with the insurance. As luck would have it, I hurt my arm shortly after changing insurance and needed to see a doctor right away. I choose this Oakwood location because it is close by, in a very convenient location by Krogers, and seemed ideal. The second reason I choose this is because they had a female doctor. Okay My kids see Dr. Monblonco at this Oakwood facility. It is very hard to get an appointment and when you do go in, you wait forever to be called. Then again you wait forever for the docter to come into the room. The nurses are wonderful, very friendly and full of information. The front desk is more about pushing you out quickely with no personality. It is conviently located which is why I put up with the slowness.
