I’m very upset since covid with the staff and physicians. I have called a few times in regards to common colds and questions with my child’s health. I’ve specifically asked to have a televisit with Dr. Less to speak with her over my concerns, and multiple times I have been denied to speak with her and just advised to go straight to the emergency room.
