The rates for the apartments are extremely exorbitant. we had a room next to the garbage chute and the disturbance from there was non stop. The appliances - washing machine, fridge all are out dated. The dryer never worked. We had to turn it on the entire day to get clothes dried. The fridge did not work and our milk used to get spoilt all the time. They charge a premium because they call their apartments as ‘corporate apartments’. Utensils kept in the apartment are few years old, you won’t feel like using them. You see bugs everyday when you wake up in the morning. All their units are right next to trash chute, so the noise and smell is horrible when people throw garbage. Their window blinds weren’t good, so asked for curtains. They bought some cheap one with transparency and it didn’t do any good.
